STiR Education Indonesia
At STiR Education Indonesia, I lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of education programmes across districts in East Java, working closely with government education offices, education leaders, teachers, and other frontline practitioners. My work includes programme strategy, cross-district coordination, field implementation, resource and budget management, risk management, and implementation quality. I also work with programme data to monitor progress, identify implementation challenges, and inform programme adaptation and decision-making.
Nusantara Education Research Network (NERN)
I founded and lead NERN, a national education research network connecting researchers, educators, government institutions, NGOs, and development partners. I oversee the development and coordination of research activities, including planning research initiatives, coordinating researchers and field data contributors, developing partnerships, and supporting knowledge exchange between research and practice. NERN focuses particularly on curriculum, literacy, rural education, and AI in education, with the broader aim of strengthening collaboration and making education research more relevant and accessible to practitioners and policymakers.
UIN Raden Fatah Palembang
At UIN Raden Fatah, I contribute to teacher education through teaching, curriculum and module development, and research-related activities. I teach preservice teachers in English education and have developed and delivered course modules covering multiple aspects of language teaching and educational practice. My work also includes supporting students in research and classroom-based inquiry, drawing on my experience in education research and teacher professional learning.
Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education / Ministry of Education and Culture
I supported national-level education policy and professional learning initiatives, with a particular focus on teachers, school principals, and supervisors. My work involved contributing to the design of a national professional learning grand design and policy framework, translating policy priorities into practical professional development approaches, and working with government stakeholders throughout the development process. This experience provided an opportunity to work at the intersection of research, policy development, programme design, and education-system implementation at the national level.
TEACH Indonesia
I founded TEACH Indonesia to support children and young people from economically disadvantaged communities. I lead the organisation's strategic direction, programme development, partnerships, and organisational management while working closely with communities and education stakeholders. The organisation has developed programmes supporting literacy, education, youth development, and environmental awareness, including partnerships with government and other organisations. My role combines programme leadership with organisational governance, accountability, partnership development, and direct engagement with the communities the organisation serves.
INSPIRASI Program
As Program Manager for the INSPIRASI Program in Sumba Barat Daya, I led the implementation of an education improvement programme working with teachers, school leaders, community groups, and government officials. I coordinated professional learning activities, workshops, field implementation, stakeholder engagement, and programme monitoring. The role required working closely with local education systems and communities to adapt programme activities to the realities of schools in a rural and geographically challenging context.
PT Junior Sinergi Potensi
At PT Junior Sinergi Potensi, I worked across both programme management and teaching. As an Associate Manager, I supported programme planning, coordination, implementation, and organisational operations, while my teaching role gave me direct experience working with learners and supporting their learning. This combination provided an early foundation for my later work connecting classroom practice with programme design, education management, and professional learning.
